Lilac Nakaya is a 16 year old high school girl whos wanted nothing but to help others in need shes always been inspired by the magical girls shes seen on tv ever since she was a child and yeah she might get bullied by momoko and her friends or told shes childish but that will never stop her from reaching goal of helping those! That is until one day. She goes to help a man walking the street a sudden catastrophe hits them both killing the man she goes home in comeplete despair wondering if she cant help everyone or make the world better with her hope.
But those thoughts come crashing when a white cat adorned with diamonds on her head appears at her doorstep....
