I hope this page is clear enough, the blurry panels are made on purpose, so nothing wrong with your computers or the site.
BTW, Shepard stains her face while putting her hair behind her ear. For the last panel, the effect I usually use for Turians dialogue did not work so I changed it to that light yellowish color.
