Lot's of 'behind the scenes' of my rough draft process on this one... Yay!
Between how I draw orion's hair typically, and how I mark where the "static" goes on the 'distortion'. I use a lot of lines to "color" the rough draft on paper, but rarely do I actually do non-digital work with my comic pages specifically beyond the rough drafts. (I'm rambling a bit but what I mean is I don't typically shade my rough drafts just rough lines)
And of course Orion is just under 5 and a half heads tall. For those of you who do not draw or use a different method for making height consistent
I use a vague equivalence of
1 head = 1 ft.
I don't actually draw most of the circles but I usually just do a hovering circle over the line art to check my proportions.
Other than that, I follow the typical proportions of 'hand is about the same length/size of the face', "wrists reach to about the groin", "fingertips typically reach to mid-thigh level"... there's a few others but that's all I can think of off the top of my head.
Anyway I hope you found that interesting and/or useful.

I found it interesting. I have always wondered how artists figured their OCs/characters height and where/how anatomy is relative to the body. Thank you for the behind the scenes on this :D
