Got tagged by a friend on dA to have Mewtwo cast as a villain.
AU Notes:
Mewtwo has a lot more suppressors that severely limit his psyche (*cough the armor from the Mewtwo movie cough cough*). His psychic limbs manifested during a particularly stressful experiment (they appear when Mewtwo is in critical danger/has high emotions) and destroyed his prosthetics. The next time they showed up, devices were attached to make them stay. This exhausts Mewtwo so he has become very skilled at using his mind only to interact with his surroundings.
