Weather in 2012, on that day was literally really warm, while in 2013, it was even snowing!
The character is my mother (however she is chubby, but for comic, I made her small, I dunno why. She loved this comic anyway!) She loves sunbathing a lot, whenever the weather is warm, and she was literally sunbathing on that warm day, but a year later, she was dressing so warm because of cold weather.
