This can be a good read for some people, but it's a super toxic relationship. It's has both good and bad elements to the romance, but it's a rough start and the character development is slow. It does have a happy ending though.
The ML is a complete nutjob and abusive asf, though eventually he has character development in the right direction. The MC is a depressed masochist that falls in complete helpless love with the crazy ML. The power dynamic between them is beyond broken at the start, and the ML is somewhat of narcissist.
