Of course Tronald Dump is qualified to be the leader of our nation! In fact, he is the most qualified. He's more qualificated than you, I assume. He's the best. Have I mentioned that yet? He's the best, and also very qualified, and perfect for being the president.
On another note, I'm sure Nicolas Rage would make a great Iron Chef... or Steel... whatever, it's a semantic difference. How much could a few carbon atoms change the quality anyway?
