I litterally stabbed my left hand with my own knife while scraping burnt potatoes from an escoffier. It was not a "knife" experience. I know what you're thinking, so "cut" it out: it did happen, this is a "slice" of life.
"On the other hand", I won't be so "dull" next time.

I belive there are 3 lessons we can learn from this experience: 1) Never call a potato "asshole" 2) Never scrape shit out of anything with a knife 3) Don't be me.
