Alpha
At first, there was a blinding light; as my eyes adjusted, my surroundings revealed itself. I appeared to be inside of a massive, pure white Pathethon. Everywhere I looked, I saw white, including the walls and floors. No dirt or grime was found, no matter how much I looked. Statues of unknown people were displayed gracefully and pridefully along the pillars that held up the room. In the center of the room were five thrones with little symbols embedded in them that I could not quite make out.
"Hello, Alpha, Welcome to The Divine City. I am the messenger of the Gods, Uztia. I am here to deliver a message from the Gods: We have safeguarded you from Death, and now we expect you to return the favor."
Standing beside me was an angelic-looking being, a graceful female with a white porcelain dress. On her back, she had two pure white wings that flapped in place, perfectly combed black hair in a bun, and a brilliant gold crown on top of her head. Her face was full of disgust like she had just seen a rat.
"Thank you for saving me, but I didn't ask to be saved. Seems pretty self-centered to think only about yourself-"
I sensed an object rapidly approaching me and tried to move out of the way but was unable to move, and a massive hand descended upon me, pinning me down with its weight. Struggling to free myself, I felt Uztia's foot pressing down on my hand, preventing any escape.
