I can work out hard and eat well, but whenever I'm about to get weight by the trainer, I feel really heavy, I feel like I ate too much or did not do enough exercise. so I drew myself as I think. I like to exaggerate things without pointing out at anyone.
You are who you are, skinny, normal, chubby, if you feel happy, thats all good! and thats what it count. I have trouble with high cholesterol and and at the point of having diabetes.. so I'm working on myself harder now with a professional trainer!
