This comic IS ABSOLUTELY ADORABLY HILARIOUS.
Okay, let me begin! Pujita and Jack's realtionship is so cuuuutttteee! I got such a good sense of the family dynamic here I could just sit and read it for hoursss!
The conflicts and cute moments were sprinkled like the perfect amount of salt and pepper! Also the illustrations--Let's move on to the illustrations!
First off, I love how well their personalities reflected their designs! I am so in love with Pujita’s curls also! The expressions are so well done and I absolutely admire it! Each character is beaming with life and personality! They’re all so likable too!
Next the backgrounds. I appreciate the detail worlds, but I suggest you look into line weighting and air density! It make it a bit hard to distinguish the closer things and farther things! But I definitely appreciate how the lines were a lighter shade of black—that made it so easy on the eye!
Also I know it’ll be so hard to take me seriously when I say this but Winston and the egg traffickers interaction really gave so much weight regarding egg trafficking in this world. Cleverly written!
I could go on for hours about this comic but I’ll spare you the time! I love the story and the art compliments it all like frosting on a cake!
Also as a mixed race kid, I appreciate the rep!
