During those weeks it was chaos for the Cultivation world, the Sect Leader of Qinglianpai, the Sect that was said to be the one leading the cultivation world, but now the esteemed sect leader Xue Guanting wouldn’t even see his beloved wife nor his son, yet one could hear him crying every so often.
Thus, the people were left without a leader as panic started to spread throughout the world like a wildfire causing those who do not have any talent for cultivation to shake in fear of every noise. Cultivators who wanted to fight and stand up for the good would set out and search for the two monsters on the run. The bodhisattva was tending to the young master of the Qinglianpai Qing Dabai who had collapsed from the mere presence of Qinglong.
There was no reason for Qing Dabai to become unconscious at the mere sight of Qinglong but now the young man who wanted to fight everyone and everything head on was now vulnerable, left exposed and not one person could do a thing. As the Bodhisattva cared for him, she noticed that his qi was slowly becoming corrupted as time went on, she went to consult his mother.
“Madam Xue this is serious that we find a way to stop this corruption or what the cause of it. It is especially important for your son's health.” She told Madam Xue who was sitting down drinking a cup of liquor. She stared at the liquor only to release sigh before downing the whole cup. Madam Xue’s hair was a mess and she looked as if she has not slept in days.
“Just leave! We will be fine Once my husband gets ahold of himself; he will heal our son. If you did not push my husband to the ritual, then none of this would have happened. Qinglong would still be sealed away even for another few years. Then we would still have a chance to convince that ungrateful brat to sacrifice himself.” Madam Xue poured herself some more liquor as she turned away, this told the Bodhisattva that Madam Xue was no longer willing to talk, and that she wouldn’t see them out.
Thus, the Bodhisattva went back to see Qing Dabia there she smiled and gently pet the unconscious man. She had a smile but her eyes showed a different meaning like she wanted this but that was quickly hidden away as the door open to a servant who came to care for the young master.
“Only pure untouched qi can save the young master. Be sure to spread the news so that Zhuque can hear it. Do you understand me young miss? The only one in this world that has such to this day is a soft-hearted man. I wonder will he fall again.” The smile became a sinister grin for a spilt second before returning to the happy smile and left the two alone.
The Bodhisattva left the mountain and returned home a place hidden away from the outside world. Deep underground where the water had become a red color and a palace carved into the rocks. Lighting the way was green fire that gave the palace an eerie feeling to it. A masked man walked up to the Bodhisattva and bowed deeply showing his respect.
“Master Welcome back ive brought you your clothes and a refreshment. Were able to do what you needed?” he waved giving two servants the signal to walk forwards. Yet the new clothes became dirty as the Bodhisattva killed the servants. Even the clothes she wore had been stained darker by their blood, her eyes became white as she licked the blood off her hand.
“My trip was unpleasant. They got away and my anger is beyond words. Mask get more
demons and send them out to search for them. Someone is messing with my plans,
find them and bring them to me. And find out more information on the spell that
sealed Qinglong away. It broke when they were going to seal him away again. Go
Now! Before I decide to kill you as well.” The masked man bowed at his master’s
rage.
“As you wish.” Were his words before quickly retreating to the outside world.
Still her rage was unsatisfied so much that she destroyed a statue. After a shaky deep breath, she walked into the palace to change her clothes.
Sitting down in front of a mirror did she finally calm down, looking herself in the eye did they look normal.
“I will not allow anyone to interrupt my plans. Its been years and I made sure he couldn’t be awakened. I will have him and not even you brother can stop me!” She threw a knife at a painting of several people who were staring at each other. She growled at her reflection and a red mist started to form around the room. Lurching in pain she tried calming herself even more causing her to hold her stomach.
“I’ll make him love me this time. Shui Si will have him and become a god!” She said through clenched teeth. She was alone and had to endure the pain because Shui Si found that medicine could not help in the slightest. There was a price for everything and for Shui Si’s plan there was a heavy price she did not know.
The news spread that the Young Master of the Qinglianpai sect was gravely ill and there was no way to cure him unless there was cultivator close to ascending to the heavens or someone with a pure heart could cure him. Both were impossible to find as it took years to reach ascension and rarely anyone had a heart without a black spot.
The news spread like a disease reaching to even the deepest part of the black forest where the Sun and Moon sect dwelled. A man in midnight blue sat at a desk writing as a small little white doll came running from a little door in the wall, giving the man in midnight blue a note before scurrying off again.
The sharp jaw line and stern eyes glanced at the note before flipping the table and quickly running out of the doors. The note dissolved in water before he left. Paper butterflies left his sleeves all going to the various sect members all saying the same thing. “Find a the one with white hair and grey eyes. Protect at all costs. Notify me when found. I'm coming outside.” The butterflies were red paper showing the others that it was an emergency, and all missions are to be put on hold and this task must be completed now. The butterflies were quickly set and red then they dissolved into water droplets. The members of the Sun and Moon Sect were now quickly rushing towards the mountain of the esteemed Qinglianpai Sect which now on the verge of collapse. They were going to search from there for any clues or signs of the white-haired man.
