The flames began to engulf the stage as an oversized white cloak burst out from the red crystal heart, it looks almost exactly like Campbell’s daemon.
“Strobial…?”
Clair stares at it, as the cloak floats closer to her, “Gabriela’s dearest friend, I have a request…” The cloak slowly started to be tainted in red.
“Before I fade… Before Gabriela fades, would you please… Kill me.” Its face became distorted in red as Clair threaded wings sprouts from her back. She flew in with her sword readied but a chaotic red aura flooded the stage and around the cloak, like a storm.
“HOW DARE SHE! THAT WOMEN!” The redden cloak screams out once more and as the ice wall across her was torn pieces with Wright being toss over to the other side.
“Ellie…!”
The four bladed monster darted for Wright but as it did, the cloak quickly floated in its way. Spreading out its cloth around it while the monster snarled with its twisted mouth but then, it began to screech in pain. As the red flames swarm around it and starts to consume the monster, leaving only its red orb behind.
Clair had apported herself by Wright and was helping her up.
“That’s not Strobial, now, is it?”
She shook her head while Wright brought her spear back to her, “Then, Gabriela…?” as she took a look at the torn-up heart on the stage.
“I don’t know but, Strobial, he told me to–”
A storm of red aura along with flames, circled the gymnasium and with the red orb shattering, the cloak turns to Clair and then in the next instant, it had already floated its way to her. Revealing its twisted red spiral on its black figure that was under the redden cloak.
“THAT LIGHT! GIVE IT TO ME!”
Four burning red oversized knives was dragged out of the floor and rose into the air, they were sent pummelling down to Clair, who had taken off. While Wright leaped out of the way as the knives imploded upon reaching the floor.
Clair’s threaded wings had caught some of the ember that was sent flying. She quivered her wings and puts out the embers but her surrounding was only getting worse. As the flames all around had begun to consume the structures of the gymnasium with a few that had already melted away.
The cloak quickly turns to Clair and had rushed its way to her while Wright darted forward with her spear swung but the cloak swirled around and avoided her strike.
“YOU’RE IN THE WAY!” as a burning knife was swipe across and meets Wright’s spear head on, exploding soon after. She was swallowed by the flames while Clair had reappeared right behind the cloak with bright glowing sword, cutting the cloak in half.
And as it fades away, Clair headed pass it and tries to clear the fire.
“Ellie!”
Bittersweet red aura swirl about and puts out the fire around Wright, “I’m alright, Lydia.” They both turn to what’s left of the cloak but then, an ear-splitting screech came from all around them. As a grotesque red aura along with a fire storm, whirls on the gymnasium’s stage where red crystal heart was and reform the redden cloak.
“SO, YOU’RE GOING TO STAND IN MY WAY!’
Spreading its cloak around as the fire storm turn into a blazing whirlpool and begins to tear apart the gymnasium. Clair’s threaded wings wasn’t spared with flames swirling about, no matter how many times she flapped her wings, the flames took hold of her wings.
With little choice, she sheds her threaded wings while the whirling fire storm encroaches them.
“THAT WOMEN, IS JUST THE SAME AS HER MOTHER. I WILL NEVER FORVIVE!”
As the storm rages on, the gymnasium starts to fall, piece by piece while Wright steps forward and swipe her spear across the floor. Conjuring as much bittersweet red candy, enough to cover them. She held her spear in front with both hands as the storm reaches its climax and implode in epicentre of the gymnasium.
Clair quickly sprouted her threaded wings once more and folded them around Wright and herself, with bittersweet wall of candy around them.
Boom!
Destroying what was left of the gymnasium, leaving only a ruin of it. Clair and Wright were sent flying through the rubble and debris as the candy wall shatters and the threaded wings burn to ashes. They are now lying outside the gymnasium, on the edge bare school’s courtyard that was on a floating island.
“Klara! Where are you!?”
With a baseball bat in his hand, he rummages through his home looking for her.
“Show yourself, you dirty rat!”
She was hiding in her closet with a small knife in hand, trembling as the footsteps got closer and closer. Then eventually, “There you are!”
Thud!
Slamming the baseball bat in the closet and with his other hand, yanks the closet door open. He reaches out for the child but she hurried forward with knife in hand, stabbing him on her way out.
But he quickly grabs hold of her before she could scamper away.
“Why you little!”
As if time itself stopped.
“It looks like you’re going to die…” a purple spider with a single large eye, dangle from above and spoke.
“Let me help you…!”
It smirked, then snickered.
