“Do you really believe in what you spoke to my good-for-nothing general Grey?”
To which John replied “What? The one where I use my brain instead of pride? Yeah of course I believe in it! It’s what got me to this place and power.”
King Georgios sneered and shouted again “What will you do if all your comrades are killed?”
“Killed? If you don’t kill them, I was thinking on killing them on my own anyway…” replied John casually.
John blades crashed with the king’s mighty sword of the sky. The ring could be heard beyond the gates of the throne room they were fighting in.
Georgios was amused by the answer John gave but was really shuddering with fear on the inside since he could die any moment if he stopped imbuing world energy into himself to strengthen. He vouched that if he really escaped this precarious state, he would train his sloppy body again.
John was still only using his strength and not the ring that he wore on his left hand. Pointing this out, Georgios asked “What? Are you too afraid to use that ring that you possess??”
“Hmm?? What’s that?? You wanna die so bad?” John replied with a sinister smile.
By this point, the throne room only had the throne intact and everything besides was in bits and pieces form the fight and power being used.
John’s “comrades” came in to help him when suddenly, he directed Georgios sword holding hand into one of his comrades. The girl, a magician, who loved Osiris to his bones, who loved John and wanted to have a family with him was sliced like butter.
John acted shocked and shouted “No! please! Let me take care of him! You guys move out of here!!”
Georgios became flustered by a sudden murder he had committed through John.
All of John’s comrades ran out of the throne room and into the main hall to wait for the return of their hero all the while mourning for their dear friend.
When one guy in red overcoat shouted, “Can’t you guys see! It was John who killed her!!”
Everyone in the main hall suddenly gripped their weapons and directed them towards Aren. A girl in green tunic and pants suddenly started crying and wishing all of this to be over soon.
Many people started crying with her. A symphony of some sorts was created that changed the weather for a minute. It looked as if Iscander itself was crying and mourning for the lost and dead.
At the same time in the throne room, John could see Georgios getting sloppier and sloppier by the minute and asked “Isn’t this enough old man? Isn’t it enough blood shed? Haven’t you lost most of what you had?”
As a cheapshot the king lunged towards John when he blocked the trajectory of the sword of the sky.
John was just about to kill the king when he heard a whisper.
“How did Earth treat you?”
John quickly glanced at the thing the king was gesturing to, a deep emerald colored ring.
“This is why I have trust issues!!” John shouted.
