I like how her relationship with him is somewhat ambiguous - sort of frenemy, sort of a verbal sparring friend (haha), sort of a boyfriend at the same time! It's very realistic and we don't often get to see that in a lot of fiction about young adults, but in real life, it happens quite a lot.
