After eating, Konya got up and left to his bedroom. Like a puppy, Dareka followed him. He followed Konya down the hall, to his bedroom, back down the hall and waited outside the bathroom door.
A young kid looking to be about twelve dressed in a karate uniform came walking over to Dareka with a towel on his head. “If you’re waiting for Konya to get in there you might as well just use the other one.”
Dareka shook his head, “No.. I’m not waiting to get in there.”
“You’re very strange.” The kid said, ruffling his light brown hair with the towel.
“I am?” the angel blinked.
He nodded. “Why would a guy be waiting for another guy to get out of a shower like this?”
“Is that not normal?” Dareka blinked, watching the other for the reply.
The kid laughed, “Of course not! Konya doesn’t like anyone following him, so why are you? Even to this extent?”
“That’s because..” Dareka started.
Just then the door slid open, revealing an annoyed Konya with flat hair and a towel around his waste. The rest of him was bare. “Hey, Robinson. Why don’t you go pester the other kids here instead of picking on this one?”
“What’s that?” the kid looked to Konya with a glare. “Did I interrupt your precious shower time?”
“Darn right.” Konya glared, lifting his right hand in a threatening manner. “Now get out of here before I decide to roast you.”
“You wouldn’t dare!”
“Try me.” Konya reached for the kid without leaving the bathroom door. Scared, Robinson yelped and went running down the hall. After a moment, Dareka looked to Konya when he heard him sigh. “Stupid brat… He knows not to talk when I’m trying to relax.” And back into the bathroom he went without another word, slamming the door after him.
Confused, Dareka just stood there and waited patiently.
