You know those moments, where you just can't help but feel agitated by the actions of someone you gave a job too? Yeah well, I'm feeling that right now. Got damn Tsuna. I definitely chose the wrong person for a partner.
If she messes up our plan, all of this would have been for nothing. And I'm not going to let that happen. I hear foot steps coming near steps. I hide behind the ledge of the stairs. It's them. It's her and Tsuna.
They're coming right on schedule.
Bam!!!! Bam!!!! Bam!!!
Tsuna needs to get her shit together. You can't chase the person that we are investigating. Like how stupid are you? Is she trying jeopardize the entire mission or something? If she becomes a liability, I'm pulling her out this.
I get up from behind the ledge and see Tsuna laying on the ground. She must've been the one to fall down the stairs.
"Just what the hell are you doing Tsuna? Right now is not the time to become complacent." I said while standing over top of her.
She looks dazzed. That's exactly what she gets. This isn't a game. Our lives and the lives of everyone else are at risk. And yet because she feels a certain, she can just do whatever she wants?
"You need straighten out you're priorities. This mission comes before everything else. Including you're feelings." I said while shaking my head in disappointment.
"No, I'm fine. Thanks, for asking. Really..." Tsuna said while trying to recover.
Can she hurry and get up. Why is she still on the ground. Whenever that girl moves, we have to follow.
"You've been such a great partner and all." Tsuna said while looking directly at me.
She needs to get up now. I'm not trying to hear any of that right now.
Tsuna looks at the ceiling, "I don't want to do this anymore."
What the hell? What is going on with her now?
Tsuna turn her gaze from the ceiling back me, "That girl is my friend, unlike you fake detective."
Fake detective? I'm the only real detective in this room. We didn't agree to friendship. We agreed that their shouldn't be any demi-humans at the school. We agreed on this a while ago.
"Friendship? Really? At a time like this?" I said in a monotone voice
Tsuna got up off of the ground.
I turned towards her, "Has hanging around with those two, really made you this stupid?"
"Because, the Tsuna I knew, would never want to be near a demi." I said while making eye contact.
Tsuna turns towards me completely, "All of that so called evidence, lead no where. You were wrong. There is no demi-human's here."
See, this is why we can't talk. She always thinks she knows everything. Maybe I'm still collecting more evidence to create a case against her. Did she think of that? Hmmmmm I guess not. Some partner.
Tsuna folds her arms, "Yet, you want to criticize me?"
"It's been almost a year now. Time to give up on this little fantasy." Tsuna said.
No she didn't just say that. Who does she think she is? I'm the only person who sees that pink haired demon for what she is.
"A fantasy? How dare you." I said in annoyed tone.
Tsuna walks up to me, "How dare I? You need to leave her be."
Tsuna is doing her deadly eye stare at me, "She is not the one, you are looking. She is a valuable friend to me."
Valuable friend? You were never her friend. You two only became close because of the mission. That's not a true friendship. The so called friendship she is talking about, is based off of nothing but lies.
Tsuna is trying to make direct eye contact but the shades I have on, is making it tough, "I refuse to continue helping you chase a ghost. You're so blind that you can't see that you're chasing something that isn't there."
I don't chase air like the rest of you. I chase the truth. My gut tells me something is wrong, I'd be a fool to ignore a natural instinct. Especially one that will ensure our survival. Tsuna is trying to walk away.
I grab her arm, causing her to cease movement, " You know you turned out to be a terrible sidekick. You're not smart enough to see, what I can. Nor, are you brave enough to accept."
Tsuna pulls away, " I won't be warning you next time. You can be as smart and as brave as you want. Away from me and my friends."
Tsuna is a way more pathetic than I thought. Why are you willing to risk everyone's lives for someone who isn't really you're friend. She doesn't even know who you really are. Let's see her talk the same talk when everything is said and done.
I ball my fist, "You keep living in that fantasy, and I will make it crumbles."
Tsuna walks away. It's funny how they both have pink hair. Which is why I even approached Tsuna in the beginning. If I would've chose the other girl first, I would have been a laughing stock. With or without Tsuna, I'm coming for you monster girl.
