In this comic, is shown Napstablook’s difficult relationship with his cousins, and with MTT in particular.
More precisely, Blook’s inability to forgive them.
p.s. the lantern created by Blook is his inalienable attribute, with which he goes into the forest to find the witch’s clients who have come there (when they generally appear there) and, accordingly, take them to that witch.
p.p.s MTT's race is a sylvari.
