Liam left and went to another bar, one with a twist. It was named Twisted, a swingers bar, one with very scantily clad waitresses, private rooms, and both men and women as dancers. Everyone wore wristbands inside, indicating their personal boundaries – men, women or both, just there to watch versus those looking for fun, and those looking for no-strings-attached versus looking for someone to date – there were colors for many popular kinks and interests. It made for a great atmosphere because you never hit on a woman just to find out they were nowhere near interested and knew what they were looking for. Many of the people came as couples, to swing.
Liam was alone. He knew he would find someone to fuck, to get his mind off of Melissa Overstreet. He carefully chose wristbands to mark his desires for the night. No holds barred, no strings attached women were what he wanted. Someone to take his mind away, that he wouldn’t have to see again unless he happened to find her again here.
Liam slipped into a circular booth, ordered a drink, and sat back to get in the mood. He was so intently watching some of the dancers that he barely looked up when a group walked up to his table.
“Excuse me sir, there aren’t any open tables and we noticed you were alone. Would you mind if we sat here?” The voice sounded chipper and female and Liam turned his head to look at her. She looked familiar but he couldn’t quite place her. She had a man with her already.
“Sure, fine.” Liam reached for his drink, to pull it closer to him since he was now going to share the space, but the couple just put their coats down and started dancing near the table, grinding on each other hard. Liam sighed.
As another set of footsteps approached, Liam turned and saw her. Melissa Overstreet. Exactly who he had come here to get his mind off of. That’s who the other girl was. The friend that took her away earlier.
“Hello, Miss Overstreet.”
She jumped. “Do… I know you?” Her voice betrayed a tiny bit of panic and his eyes scanned down to her wrists. She was here for no-holds-barred, no strings attached time with a man. He scanned back up to her eyes and chuckled.
“I was over at the Poor Man’s Tap House when you were showing off.”
She blushed. “Well, I came here to be anonymous. Can you call me something else?”
He looked at her suggestively. “What would you suggest I call you?”
“How about just Liss.”
“Fine, Liss. Can I buy you a drink?” He beckoned a waitress over to the table and had her order. While they waited for her to return, he grabbed her left wrist and held it under the table. “Do you really know what these are for, Liss?”
Melissa gulped. “My… friend suggested I needed to get out and go crazy to get my mind off of… things.” She trailed off. Liam kept hold of her wrist.
