As Audrey says, Todd is a Sonoran Desert Toad, aka Colorado River Toad. They are very large toads, and the toxin they produce is strong enough to kill a dog. It wasn’t until I was making these pages that I realized just how appropriate this is to Todd, who was an incredibly toxic person in his own right. I didn’t have enough space to explain why Audrey already has a tank for Todd in her room. She was planning to turn him into a toad for a long time and got the tank beforehand, but wasn’t expecting Todd to show up tonight and didn’t have anything else required for keeping a toad familiar.
