I unbuckle my seatbelt and Jake does the same, already opening the door and rushing to my house. I laugh lightly and look at Liam, a smile on his face, “What are you grinning at?” I question.
“Nothin’ I’ll pick him up at 5:30,” I nod, opening the door, “Got it, see you then?” he nods and kisses my cheek “Bye!” I chuckle and exit the car, “Bye,” I smile and wave at him. He pulls out the driveway and I make my way to my house.
“Hurry up!” Jake bounces as he waits outside my door. I chuckle, “I am, I am,” I unlock the door, opening it. Jake rushes inside, immediately heading to my drawing space. He goes through my house like it’s on the back of his hand. Well, he did stay here for two months.
I make it to my drawing room, already seeing Jake with paint brushes, watercolor paper and a mason jar. He sets everything down on the table and leaves the room with the jar, most likely going to fill it up. I laugh lightly and search for my sketchbook. I find it as Jake comes back, setting the jar on the table and putting the paint brushes in the water. I sit at the table with Jake, a look of determination on his face.
“You’re going to try watercolor again?” Over the time that Jake was at my house, he kept trying different mediums, maybe two or three, but he had the most difficulty with watercolor. He nods, a determined look on his face. I laugh lightly, “What are you going to paint?”
“Angel,” I smile and nod, opening my sketchbook. As we work Jake hums softly. I smile and keep drawing. A knock on the door what seemed like minutes later made us jump. I look at Jake, “Keep painting,” I stand up, leaving the room and heading to the front door. I open the door, seeing the guy—Jude “I came for Jake,” I look at him confused, “You are? I was never informed someone was coming,” he smiles “I know,”
“Um… okay then? I’ll go get Jake then,” I let him in and close the door. I head upstairs and enter the room Jake’s in, “Hey, bud, Jude’s here for you,” he hops up and rushes out the door. I laugh and go back down the stairs, seeing Jake running over to Jude.
“He’ll be here shortly,”
“Liam?” jude nods and takes Jakes hand. I wave at Jake, “Bye, I’ll save your painting for next time,” I smile. He nods and they drive away. I let out a sigh and lay down on the couch, “What exactly is Liam planning?” I ask myself. I shake my head and close my eyes, waiting.
A few minutes later I hear someone knock on the door. I sit up, scratching my head. I get up and head for the door, opening it. Seeing Liam in black pants and shoes, a black shirt and a camouflage jacket.
“Hey,” I greet him. He grinned “Hi,”
“Hey,” I greet him. He grinned “Hi,”
“What exactly are you planning?” I question, crossing my arms. He tilts his head “Get dressed, we’re goin’ somewhere.”
“What exactly do you want me to wear?”
“Somethin’ a little nice,” I nod and sigh, “Okay, give me a little bit,” he nods and leans against the door. I motion him inside, “You don’t have to wait outside the door, come in,” I say as I turn around, heading to the stairs.
“I’m fine,”
“Okay then, if you’re sure,” I go up the stairs, heading to my room. I eventually settled with a gray sweater and black dress pants. I go back downstairs, putting on my shoes. I hear humming from outside. I walk outside the door, “Ready when you are,” he nods and goes to his truck. I get into the passenger's seat and buckle my seat belt, “So… where exactly are we going?”
He doesn’t answer as he drives off. We arrive at a park and Liam gets out. I get out of the truck, following Liam. I see people talking to each other with tables in front of them. I hear a sharp whistle and everyone looks at us “Owen, welcome to your favorite author’s,” I look at everyone, “Oh my,” I say softly. All the authors I had listed and then some smiled at me. I scratch the back of my head and wave slightly, “Hey…”
Light chuckles filled the park and one at a time they walk toward me, Liam wrapped his arms around my waist. I already know my face was pink as I talked to them; introducing myself and have conversations with each of them.
“Well,” Maggie Blue smiles at me, she was wearing a blue pencil skirt and a blue shirt to match.
“Mr. Prince here is one of the most famous writers right now. In fact he called us here for you, we all have our books from beginning of our writing to right now in fact,” I look at her surprised, “Really?” everyone nods “Yeah,” They brought all of their books. Liam lets me go “Go get what you want,” everyone moves to their table still talking to each other. I go to each table talking to each author as they hand me a couple of books. I reach Nick’s table.
“Hey,” he says as he rests his chin on the back of his hand. I smile, “Hi,”
“Big reader huh?” I nod, “Yeah,”
“Nice, know how many you’ve read so far?”
“Your books?”
“In general,” I feel a hand on the small of my back and the smell of cinnamon.
“I can't answer how many books I've read, I spend a lot of time reading,” Liam picks up a book and leafs through it. Nick started to say something but Liam waved him off.
“How do you like it?” Liam looks at me and smiles.
“It's wonderful, I can't believe you got these people to come out here,” he chuckles “I did, I wanted to thank you for everything,”
“Thank me for what?” I tilt my head.
“Everythin’” I smile at him, “You didn't have to do that,” he nods “I did,” I laugh and give him a hug, “Thank you then,” he hugs me then picks me up. I laugh, “Liam, what are you doing?” I question.
“Pickin’ you up, that’s what,” I chuckle and look at him, “And why’s that?”
“I want to, and you’re light,” I shake my head as I laugh, letting this happen.
“Hey, Owen,” I hum, “Yeah?” he sets me down and looks me in the eyes “I uh…..”
“What is it?” his face turns a light pink and says softly “I love you,” I just look at him before a smile spreads across my face, “I love you too,”
He smiles and kisses my nose. I laugh lightly and smile at him.
“go get everythin else then meet me at the truck,” I nod and go to the different tables , picking up book every book they give me. I eventually make it back to the truck, seeing Liam by it. He laughs “wow,” I chuckle and open his truck, putting the books inside his truck.
“happy?” he smiles and gets in the truck. I nod as I chuckle, getting in too.
“free books and I believe their signed,” I nod, “They were kind enough to sign them,” he kissed my cheek “water is next,”
“Water?” he nods “the lake, my favorite lake,” I nod, “Can't wait then,” he chuckles and peels off. We make it to the lake, getting out and liking at the view, “Wow,” he chuckles and gets out.
“It's very nice,” he goes to the water and smiles softly. I follow him, ending up at the shore, the water almost hitting my feet.
“I love the water,” I smile, “It's wonderful,”
“it is,” he looks at me and smiles.
“ice cream,”
“Ice cream?” I laugh lightly. He nods “wanna get ice-cream?” I nod, “That sounds great,”
“ice-cream fight,” he sings and laughs. I shake my head and chuckle, “Let's not fling ice cream this time,”
“awe,” I laugh as we walk back to the car. We drove to the ice cream place from last time “No ice cream stealin’”
“Then don’t bash on my ice cream flavor,” he rolls his eyes and chuckles. He gets what he got last time, me doing the same, getting strawberry. He hums softly as he eating. Wiggling again. I laugh as I eat my ice cream, “Are you enjoying that?” he nods as his eyes twinkle.
“That’s adorable,” I chuckle. He looks at me “What? No,” I nod my head, “Yes, you’re adorable; at least to me you are,” I laugh as I smile at him. He huffs playfully “no,”
“Yes,” I counter, laughing a little. He eats his ice cream “maybe,”
“Definitely,” his face turns a light pink as he eats. I chuckle, licking my ice cream. He wiggles again “got a piece of cookie dough,” I laugh, “I bet you did,” he smiles and twitches his nose. Adorable. I smile as I continue to eat my ice cream.
He sneezes softly and cringes, “Bless you,” he nods and finishes his ice cream.
“I think you should make a book of your own,”
I chuckle and finish my cone, throwing away the napkin, “I don’t know about that,”
“Why not?” I stop and look at him, “I… don’t know,” I admit, “All I really do is illustrations and drawings,”
“Doesn’t mean you can’t write,” I laugh a little, “True,” I let out another sigh, scratching the back of my neck, “I just don’t know,” he kisses my ear “Want me to help you?”
“It’s alright, thank you for such a kind offer though,” I say and kiss his cheek. He chuckles “Alright,” he puts his head on my shoulder and blows in my ear. I shiver and pull my head back, “Liam,”
“Owen,” I try not to laugh as I look at him, “Why did you do that?”
“Why not?” he tilts his head and gives a lopsided smile.
“Because you know I get cold,” he hums “Touche,” he cringes and narrows his eyes. Something he does when he’s about to sneeze. I smile softly, “Bless you,” I say before he sneezes. He sneezes and sniffs “Thank you,” he pauses “Wait, how did you know I was ‘bout to sneeze?” I look away, laughing lightly, “Because you make the same face every time,”
“Do not,” he looks away.
“Do to,” I banter with him.
“Whatever you say,” I cup his face in my hands and kiss his nose, “Yup, because you do and it’s adorable,” his face flushes softly “It isn’t,” he says softly as he looks away.
“It’s very cute and now your face is turning pink,” I tease him a little.
“Is not!” he crosses his hands over his chest and huffs softly. I laugh as I look at him, “I guess you’re right,” He’s really not, this is really cute. He raises an eyebrow and tilts his head; the color in his face disappearing slowly. I smile, “But it really is cute,” I mutter, a grin on my face.
He kisses all over my face as he chuckles “Is it now?” I laugh as he kisses me, “Yeah!” I laugh out. I calm down soon, smiling at Liam. He smiles a tucks a peice of hair behind my ear “You have a nice face,”
“Thanks, I was born with it,”
“Really now?” I chuckle, “Yeah, can you believe it?”
“I can’t,” he smiles “why don’t I cut your hair today,”
“Sure, I think at this point I can put it in a rubber band,”
“Then lets’ get cuttin’” When we get to my house Liam told me to sit in the kitchen. I comply, heading over and sitting down in a seat, waiting for him to come around. He comes back with scissors, clippers and a towel.
“Shirt,” I look at him, “Shirt?”
“Take your shirt off dummy,” I shake my head and pull off my shirt, “How was I supposed to know you wanted me to take off my shirt,” he chuckles and turns on the faucet in the sink.
“Come here, we gotta wash it first,” I nod, getting up and heading to the sink. He checks his water “Alright, head down,” I nod, putting my head down. After he washed it he combed out my hair. I close my eyes as he goes through my hair; it feels really nice. I feel something on my shoulders and hear Liam hum. I take a glance at my shoulder, seeing the towel around my shoulders. I rest again, closing my eyes as he does whatever to my hair.
I hear the cutting of hair as Liam hums softly, sometimes stopping.
“Look at me,” I opening my eyes, seeing Liam in front of me. He tilts his head and goes to the side of me, “I’ma use the clippers a little,” I nod, “Okay,” the clippers flipped on seconds later, making me jump a little. Liam put a hand on my shoulder and the buzzing of the clippers came closer to my ears. I take in a breath and sit still, calming myself.
When the clippers flipped off Liam sighed softly and came in front of me; running a hand through my hair. He smiled; satisfied. I look up at him, “How do I look?”
“Hot,” I feel my face go to a light pink, “That’s a… interesting word to use,”
“Go see for yourself,” he took off the towel. I stand up, heading for the bathroom. I walk inside and look in the mirror, surprised by how different I look.
I see Liam come in and smiles “Like it?” I nod my head as I touch my hair, the sides shorter than the top, “It looks really good,” he buries his face in my neck “You look different, you can see more of your face now,”
“I know, I look really different,” My hair would usually fall in front of my face.
“Your eyes are so pretty,” he says softly. I look back at him, my face warm, “T-Thanks,” he smirks “Stutterin’ are we?” I look away, “I just… wasn’t ready for a compliment,” he kisses my neck and puts his hands on my hips “Really now?” I hum, leaning a little closer to him.
He kisses down to my shoulder “Hmmm, a shirtless guy who just got his haircut,” I laugh lightly, “Mhm,” his hands rises slowly to my waist, feeling the heat against my skin. He kisses my jaw then my ear “Jude has Jake for the night,” he says softly. l nod, "So it's just us tonight?” he hums a ‘Mhm’ and bites my ear. I shudder, putting one of my hands on his. He thumbs my stomach as he bites down my neck. I bite my lip, tilting my head over.
He moves in front of me and picks me up. I wrap my legs and arms around him, resting my head on my arms. He walks into the living room, setting me on the couch; putting me in his lap. I lean back a little, looking at him.
“What?” I shake my head and smile, “Nothing,” he chuckles and kisses down my chest. I can feel the warmth as he goes down my chest, making me let out a soft sigh. He bites my collarbone softly and holds my waist. I let out a soft hum, and put my hands on his shoulders. He licks up my neck as his hands lower slowly. I feel goosebumps rise as I let out a small mo_an.
He thumbs my abdomen as he kisses me deeply. I kiss him back, wrapping my arms around his neck. He deepens the kiss, his hand lowering. He breaks the kiss and bites down my neck. I let out a mo_an as he gets to the middle of my neck, holding onto him a little tighter. He sucks the middle of my neck, making me mo_an out his name, “L-Liam,” he smirks and holds me tighter. He goes on the other side and does the same thing, earning another mo_an from me. He chuckles and licks my chest.
I put my arm over my face, knowing that it’s red by this point.
“Don’t hide,” he chuckles and moves my arm. I nod slightly, looking up at him. He smirks and dips his head; licking my stomach. I let out a jagged sigh and shudder.
“Mean’s you taste good,”
“You say that a lot,”
“Cause I mean it,” he leans closer to me and bites my ear as he rests his hands on my stomach. He moved his hands dangerously low as he kisses me. I let out a sigh through my nose and lean closer, deepening the kiss. He kisses me back and licks my lip. I open my mouth slightly, letting his tongue tangle with mine. He sucks on my tongue and I let out a soft mo_an. I raise my hands to his hair, entangling them. He sighs through his nose softly and pulls back; smiling.
I smile back, “What?” I question.
“Nothin’” he kisses me then runs a hand through his hair. I smile and rest my chin on his shoulder, sighing in content, “You're comfortable and warm,”
“Am I ?” I nod, “Yup,” I say softly, closing my eyes. He kisses my cheek then my neck. I let out a sigh, holding onto him. He bites the middle of my neck and chuckles. I let out a broken mo_an, biting my lip.
