While Jackal's having a hard night, it seems the guards aren't doing to well either. Hard night for everyone it seems.
In normal circumstances, any particularly disruptive fugitives caught within Trinity City limits is supposed to be brought to the Trinity Governing Council for trial. Protocols discourage killing fugitives as they could be useful with the right persuasion. However, these are not normal circumstances.
