At about that time Zachary had woken up. He rose out of bed swiftly. His hand to his eye. Incredible amounts of pain resonated from there. A young nurse ran over to him. "Commander don't move." She demanded. Zach froze. "What...where am I?" He asked, barley moving. He looked down to see him in blood stained white shirt. "You’re recovering from an almost fatal battle sir." The nurse muttered. Z had an insane headache, causing intense pain. He moaned in pain. "Where's.....where's my son?" Zach coughed. The nurse shook her head sadly. His face lit up in terror. He quickly rose from bed and ran across the tent he was staying in. He fell from the pain. His hand stopped covering the part of his face. He laid there in pain as the nurse ran over to him. He opened his eyes, and realized his vision was off. He looked up to a mirror beside him and passed out. He was missing an eye.
He awoke hours later in the bed again. A black eye patch took the place of his left eye. He rose slowly, groaning from all the wounds around his body. He limped out of his tent. A solider noticed him and swiftly ran over to him. "Commander! You’re awake!" The thin man in armour exclaimed. He nodded still limping forward. The man followed him. "Sir, you must rest, you are badly hurt." He suggested. Dad stopped and turned to him. "Shut It rookie, my only blood is missing, and as long as I'm alive, we’ll find him. Get everyone, I don't care what's happening, we’re heading out." He barked. "Y-yes sir!" The solider obediently replied. "Better, what did you say your name was rookie?" He asked. "Michael, sir." He responded quickly. "Perfect." My father laughed.

A blinding white light took up my vision. Was I dead? No. Not yet anyway. The light cleared and I found myself at a large amount of stairs leading up. I took a few steps back rubbing my eyes, until I walked into something. I turned around and saw Terrence laughing at me. "Watch where you’re going!" He laughed. I began to chuckle a little, as my vision began to clear up a little. He began to walk to the steps. "Follow me." He commanded. He began to climb the steps, and quickly followed. The steps were gray and beautifully polished. They glowed in the moonlight. That's around the time I had a weird realization. Wasn't it early morning a little while ago? This thought made me look up and see the starry sky, and the gigantic moon. "Terrence! What is going on?" I yelled. He turned around and gave me a devious smile, as his eyes flickered from black, to white. A look you may know very well from him now. We climbed the stair case until we came to the top. There In front of us was the huge mansion. It absolutely glowed with golden light. "This is where you live?" I asked blown away. Terrence nodded. "Yup! ...well before I ran away." Terrence responded. "Why did you run away?" I asked curious. Terrence remained silent, as he telepathically opened the door ever so slowly. "Silence, they cannot hear us, or else." Terrence commanded. The sudden change of demeanor surprized me. A minute ago we had been laughing. Silently we crept Inside, to a golden main room, with doors everywhere. "Come on, there's a secret room we may stay in while you wait for your father." Terrence announced. I nodded quietly and followed him to a desolate door. It was old and wooden, unlike all the other doors. Terrence began to open it, when suddenly I felt a strange feeling in my stomach. I began to lift off the ground. "What the!?!?" I yelled scared. Terrence turned around and gasped. As I was levitated into the air, I was turned around to look behind me. There stood a little girl with dark eyes, and white dots in the middle. Her name, Is Marley, Someone you should know, or will rather NEED to know.
"Marley! Put him down!" Terrence yelled. Marley glared at Thimble, before I finally lowered. I regained my senses as I looked at this terrifying girl. She had long brown hair that laid upon her little blue dress. In her hair, she a dark blue head bands. She wore nothing on her feet. Her eyes were black with white dots similar to Terrence's, before they faded to dark blue pupils. "Terrence! Where have you been?" Marley yelled sounding angry and slightly relieved. She ran up to Terrence and hugged him, then followed up to a punch to the face. "Don't run away ever again!" She shouted. "No promises." Terrence mumbled. Marley slapped him. "OW! Fine!" Terrence yelled annoyed. Marley then death glared me. "And who is this kid!?!?" Marley yelled. "That's Morte." Terrence replied, rubbing his now red cheek. "Why she here?" Marley yelled flustered. "Cause we're going to make a treehouse." Terrence responded. Marley looked at Terrence dumbfounded. "You revealed to a human our super-secret hiding spot!?!?" She yelled. Suddenly from upstairs they heard footsteps. "Oh no! he heard us, Morte quick hide!"
Marley whispered. Quickly they stuffed me in a hidden door in the wall and closed it. From inside I could see a tall man wearing a tuxedo walked down the stairs. He had neat brown hair, and his face looked almost the exact same as Terrence. "What is going on down here?" He yelled. He froze when he saw Terrence. "Dear god, my son where have you been? I've been worried sick, I feared those hideous peasants ha murdered you!" The man said relieved, as he embraced Terrence with a hug. "Dad, I don't like hugs." Terrence mumbled. The man stopped hugging and glared at his son. "Where have you been my child, you can't just leave!!! I shudder to think about how your mother shall respond to you running away." The father stated sternly. Terrence fell to a hush. "Did you guys look for me?" Terrence asked sheepishly. The tall father remained silent for a few seconds. "Yes, Marley and I searched." He responded. "Did mom?" Terrence asked sadly. Again the father said nothing. "Come Terrence, it is very late and we should all sleep." He announced, as he begun leading his children. I watched in fear as Terrence left me. I just got him back! What was I supposed to do now? The lights dimmed, and I was left in darkness. I noticed that the area I had been hiding in was a hall way and I began following It. I eventually reached a candle, In the middle of a poorly lit library. I looked at a shelf of neatly ordered books.
