Her room is even weirder than her name. she has paper all up on her walls with pictures of all her old friends. Turns out, they aren't even witches, and she has to use a weird metal brick to contact them, rather than a cauldron. There is a lot of pink in her room. Pink walls, pink curtains, pink bedsheets. Nothing like my room.
As it turns out, she is not just ruining my home life. She is attending my school, too. I saw her there today. Mum thinks that I should try to be her friend. She even tricked me into promising. Non- witches have the ability to break promises. It's a shame witches don't. That would have been a good promise to break.
So, Riley has never drank witch tea before. I offered to give her some, but she says she's lactose intolerant. There isn't any milk in witch tea. I could cure her of her intolerance, but I didn't say so.
Riley told our teacher that we are neighbours. Now, I have made yet another promise that I don't want to keep. I have to let Riley help me with all my magic so she can learn better. I don't understand why she can't just teach herself, or get her parents to teach her. That's what I did.
