Toma
“…kiss me already…”
Aida looked up at him with a look of pure lust in those intoxicating eyes of hers, and in that moment Toma felt like the whole world just stopped. Every instinct he had was screaming at him to dive straight in and take what she was offering, but he told himself to slow it down and savor this. If this was really her first time kissing someone because she wanted to, he was damn sure going to at least make it memorable.
He had long since lost track of how many times he had imagined doing this. And now here she was at last, warm and soft and willing under him. He bent his head until their lips finally met, lightly at first, and then again deeper. He could feel a shiver course through her body as his tongue darted between her teeth to tease hers.
Her arms suddenly loosened their hold around his neck as she responded to him with an urgency and heat that took him by surprise. She reached up to bury her fingers in his hair and pull him closer to him. He groaned against her mouth as he felt her arch her body to press against his. So much for savoring it, he thought as their tongues danced and played together. He slipped one arm around her and pulled her even closer against him.
Mixed in with all of the sensations of her that overwhelmed his senses as they reveled in each other, Toma could feel the golden warmth of her magic flowing through him. It was achingly familiar, and yet nothing like he had expected, all at the same time. It felt to him as though they were melting into each other, like the wax from two candles as they burned.
He was more aware of her than he had ever been of anyone before. It was almost as if he was experiencing her responses right along with her. The pounding of her heart echoed his own. As his hands slipped between the folds of her robe to caress and touch and explore her body, he felt the electricity explode through her skin almost as keenly as he could when she touched him. He somehow knew she was having the same experience, and that thought was enough to produce a low moan in his throat. A throbbing, almost frantic need to feel... more seemed to flow from her into him as he settled his weight between her legs. He could feel the heat of her though two layers of clothes, and his dick throbbed almost painfully in anticipation of her. It was heady and dizzying and frenzied, and he couldn’t get enough of it.
Until suddenly, he felt a dark, slender tendril of something vaguely sinister weaving its way through the fever of their shared desire. Fear, maybe? All he could say for sure was that it definitely came from her, and he had definitely caused it. Was she afraid??
Toma pulled away from her, gasping for air and praying he hadn't screwed this up.
Aida
He tasted sweet.
When Toma kissed her, it was like something she hadn’t known was even there exploded in her chest, and turned the universe into a brilliant swirling flurry of sensations. He was all around her, and she desperately wanted to experience everything there was of him. She could smell the fresh soap on his skin, the comforting cedar scent of the shirt he wore, and the musky maleness that was just naturally him. Her heart pounded in her chest as she breathed in all she could, and she clung tighter, wanting even more. She wanted to feel his body pressed against hers more than she had ever wanted anything. His tongue moving in her mouth shot white-hot fireworks straight down her spine, and she relished every moment of it.
And the magic.
Holy hell, the magic.
She could feel her magic reaching out to him, but it was nothing like she had ever felt it before. Ordinarily, it was like opening a floodgate. The power would pour out of her and seek out injuries or illness like a moth to a flame.
But not with him.
With Toma, her power slowly meandered its way along, swirling and churning lazily all the while. Until at last… it met Toma’s own magic, which seemed to be flowing in the opposite direction out of him and into her. The two glittering streams of energy merged and mixed and flowed together in a whirl that was so unspeakably intimate and intoxicating it made Aida’s head swim and her heart ache. She had never imagined anything like this.
She had often felt the pain her patients did when she kissed them, but…never this.
For the first time in her life she felt someone’s pleasure instead of pain. And even more enthralling, she somehow knew that he would feel what she felt as well. She had never felt so exposed and vulnerable before, but somehow with Toma that was exhilarating instead of frightening. The very idea that he knew what he was doing to her made her wet and breathless.
Aida also knew that Toma would feel the flickering edge of her anxiety struggling against her desire when she suddenly felt his throbbing erection pressing into her own quivering flesh through their clothes. If they kept on like this much longer, this "first-real-kiss" of hers was going to turn into a hell of a lot more than that. The anxiety swirled up into her chest. With a man she had just recently met and knew nothing about. What the hell was she thinking??
Toma dragged himself away from her as the panic threatened to grab her by the throat. She made a small mewling noise when he broke the kiss and moved himself away from immediate temptation.
Neither of them could speak immediately, so they just stared at each other for several moments, gasping for breath and trying to regain something like control.
“Wow,” Toma finally said, resting his forehead lightly on hers and letting his braids cascade over them both.
“Yeah” Aida agreed.
“I could feel…” he started to say, and then trailed off because she was nodding her head and smiling a little shyly.
“Yeah. Me too.”
“Are you okay?” he asked as he drew his hand up to cradle her face in his palm and ran his thumb lightly over her bottom lip. “It felt like you might be getting scared or something, so I had to stop. I couldn’t stand it if I scared you.”
Tears threatened to sting her eyes as he looked at her with concern. Always the hero, aren't you? She blinked them away and smiled at him. “I wasn’t scared, exactly. I just wasn’t prepared for… any of this, actually.”
He chuckled “Me either. That is NOT how kissing normally goes, you know.”
He lowered his head and kissed her again, gently. “I don’t want you to ever feel afraid of me.” He said softly “We both know I am losing my mind wanting more of you right now, but I’m not in any rush. I want to stick around until you’re ready. If you’ll let me stay with you.”
She took his face in her hands, returning his gentle kiss with one of her own. “Of course I want you to stay,” she said, and then smiled wickedly “I’m pretty sure I’m going to want to do that again. And again. And again.”
