A thought crossed Paradise's mind as he stared at Suicidals’ slumped body. What if she wasn’t really what they've been telling him? What if she was different? Not truly suicidal but just a lone wolf who craved freedom from those around her. But there is a possibility that she could be what they say she is.
As the students that surrounded him continued to tell what a terrible person Suicidal was, he lifted up from his desk suddenly. The students halted their yammering and watched as he strolled over to her. She was sleeping with her face dug into her arms that were sprawled out on the desk. He saw the bandage that was tapped to her neck and wondered what it could truly be from.
“Excuse me.” He pressed his hand on her desk and she immediately sat up.
He slid his hand off her desk and stared into her dull black eyes. She yawned as she crossed her arms. He didn’t expect anything special from her. He assumed that she would have ignored him just like the rest of her peers. But at that moment, he knew she was more than what rumors said she was. She too…was special.
